1. About Black Bot

Black Bot ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered platform providing tools for trading intelligence, sports betting analysis, music production, and business operations. Black Bot is owned and operated by Kevin Lassiter, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

By accessing or using myblackbot.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Black Bot. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Black Bot offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Trading and Financial Disclaimer

Trading stocks and options involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Black Bot, Kevin Lassiter, and any affiliates are not liable for any losses incurred through the use of our trading tools.

Automated trade execution features connect to your own brokerage account. You are responsible for understanding and managing all trades placed through your account.

6. Sports Betting Disclaimer

Black Bot's Sharp Picks feature provides AI-generated sports betting analysis for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any picks or predictions. Sports betting involves risk and is illegal in some jurisdictions.

• You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your jurisdiction
• Black Bot does not facilitate actual betting transactions
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose

7. Music and Content

Music generated through Black Bot's Music Studio is subject to the following:

• Free and Pro tier users may use generated music for personal use only
• Creator tier users receive full commercial rights to generated music
• You may not claim AI-generated music as entirely human-created when submitting to platforms that prohibit AI content
• We are not responsible for copyright claims related to AI-generated content

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Black Bot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise Platform security
• Resell or redistribute Platform features without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

Black Bot, its name, logo, and all Platform features are the intellectual property of Kevin Lassiter. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Content you create using Black Bot's tools (documents, music, images) remains yours, subject to the license terms of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Udio, etc.).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Bot and Kevin Lassiter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Black Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Black Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
